That book did make me take a sobering look in the mirror to notice the common denominator in all my unsatisfying relationships (me!).
I’m sure you’re aware that Arbinger came out with a 2nd book called The Anatomy of Peace. It fills in some of the gaps.
Arbinger is clearly secular, but the material lines up well with biblical teaching on relationships, as you suggest.
