Honest Dialogue enables peers to explore alternative solutions for complex problems rather than just settling. It allows staff members to discuss disappointing outcomes without offending their colleagues. It gets beyond the emotions so that the real issues can be addressed.
Honest Dialogue is a practical, interactive training workshop in which participants learn how to have positive and productive conversations about important and contentious issues that arise in ministry settings.
