The 12-month process includes 4 on-site days plus monthly coaching calls with each team member in the intervening months. Each on-site day includes 1-on-1 meetings, a team meeting, and content related to teamwork. Topics include team dynamics, differences in personalities and leadership styles, team structure, trust, handling difficult conversations, and individual leadership development.
