This web site and blog represent a new chapter in my life and ministry. We have just announced that I will be stepping down from my role as executive pastor at West U Baptist and Crosspoint Church, and shifting my vocational energies full-time into consulting, speaking, and writing. The 10+ years that I’ve served on staff have been a tremendous time of blessing and growth for me, and we’re excited to see what God has in store for us in this new chapter. As we prepare to turn the page, I’m reminded of God’s great promise in Lamentations: “Because of the Lord’s great love we are not consumed, for his compassions never fail. They are new every morning; great is your faithfulness” (3:22-23). That’s a promise any of us can cling to, whether starting something new or not.]]>
