Free Ministry Assessment

Are you interested in pursuing “Great AND Godly Leadership” for your church or ministry? Would it help to have an honest assessment of what’s working well and what needs to be improved? We offer a free, online survey and a 30-minute phone debrief after the survey is completed. The survey and debrief are designed for churches or ministries with at least 5 staff members.

Here’s how it works. Complete the contact form below and we will send you an email with instructions and a link to your survey. Each staff member, along with key volunteer leaders, will be asked to complete the survey. The survey is anonymous and will take about 10 minutes to complete. We will also ask you (or a person you designate) to provide some additional information on your church/ministry. Once everyone has completed the survey, we will follow-up to schedule the debriefing session, complete with your survey results.
