Coaching

What is coaching? It is partnering with clients in a thought provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential (International Coaching Federation).

I coach pastors, executive pastors/directors, leaders in other ministries and faith-based non-profits, and Christian business leaders. The coaching relationship helps them grow their leadership capacity and address specific challenges. The challenges may include a range of topics, such as staff management, strategic direction, leading change, dealing with conflict, work/life balance, or leadership transitions.

My coaching is always results-oriented and tailored to the individual’s unique context. At the conclusion of every coaching session, you can expect to have gained personal insights, developed specific action steps, or identified other practical take-aways. A typical coaching relationship involves one session a month with each session lasting an hour. My coaching credentials are through the International Coaching Federation.
